Safe Dealings
AttentionTake caution after you have used an ATM overseas
There have been incidents where some information such as the PIN was illicitly stolen when an international cash card was used at an ATM/CD overseas. If the PIN is stolen, there is a possibility that a counterfeit card could be made to stealthily withdraw cash from the affected customer's account. To avoid such a situation, we urge you to do the following after you have come home:
1. Change the four-digit PIN
2. Change the withdrawal limit of the international card to zero.
We accept requests for changes at our Shinsei Power Call (0120-456-007) 24 hours a day.
