How do I log in?

If you've already registered your mobile phone, just visit http://m.shinseibank.com from your mobile phone and enter your MobileDirect password.

What is "MobileDirect password"?

A
It is a password to log in to Shinsei MobileDirect. You are required to set your password when you first log in. A password should be 6 to 10 single-byte letters and/or numbers with at least one alphabet and number. Only one password is used irrespective of the number of the phones you registered.

How do I set my MobileDirect password?

Please use 6 to 10 single-byte letters and/or numbers with at least one alphabet and number as your password. For security reasons, we recommend you to use a different password from your PowerDirect one.
Please do not use or include numbers which can easily be guessed, such as the following:

×Numbers taken from your birth date
E.G, 1950, December, 31 ⇒ "19501231" etc
1970, January, 10 ⇒ "19700110" etc
×Numbers taken from your telephone number
E.G, 03-9876-5432 ⇒ "0397865432" etc
06-1234-5678 ⇒ "0612345678" etc
×Numbers in a serial sequence
E.G, "012345" "123456" "abcdef"
×Using the same numeral
E.G, "000000" "111111" "aaaaaa"

How do I change my MobileDirect password?

You can change your password in the "Customer Support" menu on Shinsei MobileDirect. Please note that you can't use the most recent three passwords.

What should I do if I forgot my MobileDirect password?

A
You can reset your password in the "Forgot your password?" menu. In such a case, you need your branch number, account number, and security code card information.
