Yes. You can register up to 3 mobile phones.

What should I do to change the mobile phone(s) I registered?

If you've already registered 3 mobile pones, you need to cancel one of them through Shinsei PowerDirect. Please click here for more details about changing your mobile phone.

Can I keep using Shinsei PowerDirect (Internet Banking website) after registering for the mobile banking?

Yes. However, while your account is locked because of three-time wrong password entry and you can't log in to Shinsei PowerDirect, you are not allowed to log in to Shinsei Mobile Banking either. Please contact Shinsei PowerCall (0120-456-858) to unlock your account.

Do available transactions differ depending on the model of a mobile phone?

No. The service contents and hours are same regardless of model. But how to use or display may differ depending on the mobile phone you use. Please check the operations manual for your phone.

Can I keep using Shinsei Mobile Banking after changing my mobile phone?

A
Yes. You don't have to do anything if you just change models, keeping the same phone number and carrier. However, please note the following if you change your service provider and phone number.

If a carrier changes, so will your mobile phone ID. Accordingly you need to cancel the current mobile phone you registered through Shinsei PowerDirect, and register your new mobile phone irrespective of the phone number.

Also, if your phone number changes, please cancel the current phone number you registered via Shinsei PowerDirect, and register new one via Shinsei Mobile Banking.
