Please log in to Shinsei PowerDirect and cancel the Shinsei MobileDirect registration as soon as possible through the Customer Support menu.

How do you handle security?

All data that pass is encrypted by SSL (Secure Sockets Layer), which is difficult to decode. Also, you can access your account on Shinsei MobileDirect only from your mobile phone(s) you registered.
