The login screen will not come up.

When the Popup stopper for the Google tool bar, anti-virus software, browser setting, etc. is activated, the login screen for PowerDirect may not come up. Please remove the stopper.

The connection could be busy. Please wait a while and try again.

The characters are illegible.

The following factors can be the cause of this problem:
• Incorrect language setting of the "browser" (software for visiting Internet homepages).
=> Please choose "Japanese (automatic selection)"
• For Netscape users
=> With Netscape, the language setting can change when opening numerous windows through the "browser". If the characters become illegible, please change the language setting of the window of the "browser" to "Japanese (automatic selection)".
• With Macintosh version Netscape
=> The connection could be busy. Please wait a while and try again.
