Available currencies are nine. They are Yen, US dollar, Euro, Canadian dollar, Australian dollar, New Zealand dollar, Sterling Pond, Hong Kong dollar and Singapore dollar. PowerTrial also can be set from here. Please refer to a detail process of purchase from here.

There is no limit to deposit for a Time Deposit account. However, there is a maximum and minimum amount for each foreign exchange transaction through Online Banking (Shinsei PowerDirect).

Weekdays: Amount equivalent to 5,000,000 yen
Weekends & Holidays etc.: Amount equivalent to 2,000,000 yen
("Weekends & Holidays" is when Foreign exchange market is closed.)

< Minimum >

Amount equivalent to 1,000 yen or 10 basic currency units.

At the moment, you are unable to change the maturity method through Online Banking (Shinsei PowerDirect). Please contact our Financial Centers or Shinsei PowerCall to cancel other Yen Time Deposits.

Cancellation for PowerChoice is available through Online Banking (Shinsei PowerDirect). However, cancellation for other Yen Time Deposits is not available online. Please contact our Financial Centers or Shinsei PowerCall to cancel other Yen Time Deposits.

The service is available 24 hours. There may be a possibility of date being changed for transactions made during nighttime. Please reconfirm the transaction date before you apply.

Usage of "Maruyu" for Time Deposit transactions is not available through Online Banking (Shinsei PowerDirect). Also, setting "Maruyu" limits is not accepted.
