About what period of time can I inquire for the details of debit and credit entries ?

You can inquire the breakdown about the latest transactions and about a certain period of time you specify. As for the inquiries of the latest transactions, you can view the latest 10 transactions. As for the inquiry for a certain period of time you specify, you can view the details of credit and debit entries in the period you specified.

Is downloading account activity available ?

Yes, it is available in CSV format for up to approximately 4000 records within 2 years. Please note that the functionality may suspend during high load period.

I would like to print out the result of a transaction on the screen.

Please click the print button on the screen of the results of transactions. By this, the screen for printing is viewed. Then, print the results through the print function of the browser.

How can I make a bank certificate ?

Please download the E-statement available via online banking (Shinsei PowerDirect) or use the written account statement (pre-registration required) as a bank certificate. For customers holding investment trusts, please use the account balance statement delivered separately.
