We provide online banking service in English for international customers living in Japan who have a PowerFlex account.
- Services at our branches are mainly provided in Japanese. Some branches have English speaking staff, but they may not always be available. If you have concerns about communication, we recommend visiting a branch with someone who can understand Japanese. We appreciate your understanding.
- Please present the recipients' name in Katakana for domestic remittances at a branch. The remittance may not be able to be completed if the recipients' name has not been entered correctly.
