How to register/unregister for an E-statement service

E-statement allows customers to receive monthly account statements via Shinsei Bank's secure internet banking platform, Shinsei PowerDirect.

  • Register

    Mail delivery of account statements will be discontinued.
    Account statements are available to view through Shinsei PowerDirect.

  • Unregister

    Written account statements will be sent the following month if a transaction is made.

Account statements are available to view through Shinsei PowerDirect.

[STEP1]
Please login by entering the required fields.
After the each login, please enter the value of the specified grid coordinates.
[STEP2]
Select "Customer Support" from the TOP menu.
[STEP3]
Select E-statement Register/Unregister.
[STEP4]
Select "Register" button.
If your Alert e-mail is not registered, you need to register it. The following pop-up message will come up, so click on OK to proceed.

Unregister for E-statement service

Written account statements will be sent the following month if a transaction is made.

Login to Shinsei PowerDirect as directed by STEP1 and STEP2 for Register, and select Customer Support menu.

Select E-statement Register/Unregister.
[STEP4]
Select "Unregister" button.
Even if you unregister for E-statement service, you can still receive Alert e-mail to notice that your monthly statement is updated.
Even if you unregister for E-statement service, if you do not register for "Alert e-mail" service, you need to register an email address for "Alert e-mail" service which notifies you of some banking activities and changes to your account in real time, including updates of your account statement each month.
The following pop-up message will come up, so click on OK to proceed.
