! To use this service, you have to register for Shinsei MobileDirect through Shinsei PowerDirect from your computer.

Important Notes

Before using Shinsei MobileDirect, please note the following items.

1. Setting an e-mail address

Customers who specify domains to prevent spams may not receive e-mails from Shinsei Bank.

Please set your mobile phone so as to receive emails from shinseibank.com/shinseibank.co.jp

2. Setting a mobile phone

For security, Shinsei MobileDirect uses mobile phone's ID to verify your mobile phone.

Please set your mobile phone to activate "caller ID notification" before using Shinsei MobileDirect.

  • For EZweb users
    Go to EZ Menu → "Settings" → "EZ number notification setting", and activate "notify EZ number".
  • For Yahoo!Keitai users
    Go to "Settings·Application(My SoftBank)" → "Settings", and activate "User ID notification Setting".

3. Registering more than one mobile phones

To register more than one mobile phones, please set the number of mobile phones you want to register through our internet banking website (Shinsei PowerDirect) before using Sinsei MobileDirect. You can register up to 3 mobile phones.

  • * Please continue mobile registration by accessing Shinsei MobileDirect with your mobile phones after setting the number of mobile phone to use, otherwise you can't use Shinsei MobileDirect.

4. Changing your mobile phone

If you changed your mobile phone and your phone number accordingly changed, you may not be able to continue using Shinsei MobileDirect. In such a case, please register your new mobile phone.

How to register again

  1. Delete the registration of your previous mobile phone through Shinsei PowerDirect website.
  2. According to the procedure in the "How to Use" menu, register your new mobile phone.

5. Accessing internet from your mobile phone

  • When you access the internet, please make sure you have a good reception, otherwise transmission may be cut off while being processed.
  • When you use "Back" "Interupt the access" or "Reload", your transaction may be aborted.
  • Please confirm your transactions on account activities after making a transaction.
