When you use the Internet to bank with Shinsei Bank (Shinsei PowerDirect), we do not charge for remittances to accounts at other banks. Transfer fees are waived up to 1 time per month. If you clear some conditions it will be 5 or 10 times.The balance at the end of the previous month is that on the night of the last day each month. The number of free transfers to which you are entitled is reset to 0 on the first of every month at about 8 a.m. A transfer fee is charged for each transfer exceeding the prescribed limit.
