Online Banking Smartphone Services Launched

Starting Monday, February 24th 2014, certain Shinsei PowerDirect services are now available via Smartphone.

No advance registration is necessary. Existing customers can log in to PowerDirect via Smartphone.

How to Log in to PowerDirect via Smartphone

Please be sure to refer to "Smartphone Services and Important Info" before logging in.

Customers utilizing Smartphone services are required to enter values from their Security Code Card only when executing transactions, not when logging in to PowerDirect.
Once values from the Security Code Card have been entered, users will not be required to re-enter values for additional transactions during the same session.

Please always be cautious of your security when conducting banking online.

  1. Access the Shinsei Bank website via Smartphone
  2. Click "English" on the menu
  3. Click "Login for Smartphone"
  4. Enter the 10-digit number* shown on your cash card, your PIN and your password
  • * 3-digit branch code and 7-digit account number

[Note] Customers accessing PowerDirect for the first time are required to register their Security Code Card Number to log into PowerDirect.

Account information (account overview, activity summary etc.) is available after logging in. Even when outdoors with no access to a computer, customers can now make fund transfers or foreign currency transactions at their convenience via Smartphone.

We will be evaluating the addition of other services to be made available on Smartphones in the future.
