Tokyo (Monday, January 28, 2008) - Please be informed that Shinsei Bank will merge, reorganize or relocate some of its branches and annexes. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.
1. Kyobashi BankSpot （Address: 7-19, Kyobashi 2-chome, Chuo-ku, Tokyo 104-0031）
Operations will terminate on Friday, February 29, 2008, however the ATM corner will continue
to be available from Saturday, March 1, 2008.
2. Shinsaibashi Financial Center
（Address: 5-18, Shinsaibashi-suji 1-chome, Chuo-ku, Osaka-shi, Osaka 542-0085）
Operations will terminate on Monday, March 31, 2008, however the BankSpot will remain
open from Tuesday, April 1, 2008. The BankSpot will cease operation as of Wednesday,
April 30, 2008, and will be incorporated into the Namba Financial Center.
3. Hachioji Financial Center （Address: 10-3, Asahi-cho, Hachioji-shi, Tokyo 192-0083）
Hachioji Financial Center will close the current branch location as of Friday, May 2, 2008.
It is scheduled to re-open on Wednesday, May 7, 2008, at a new location.
New address: 26-9, Myojin-cho 2-chome, Hachioji-shi, Tokyo 192-0046
Following the relocation, the business hours of the Hachioji Financial Center will run from
11 a.m. to 7 p.m. on weekdays, revised from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. on weekdays.
