Shinsei Bank will open a new "Shinsei Consulting Spot" in Ashiya (Ashiya-shi, Hyogo Prefecture) on Tuesday, April 20, 2010.
Shinsei Bank began rolling out this new, compact branch format in June 2009. This new opening will bring the total number of Consulting Spots to ten.
