| Yukinori Ito became a Director on June 20, 2007. Mr. Ito has also been
President and CEO of Centennial Economic Advisors (Japan), Inc. since March 2007
and Auditor, Latin America Society since June 2007. He
was affiliated with the Export-Import Bank of Japan (Predecessor of Japan Bank
for International Cooperation) beginning in April 1962, acting as a Senior
Executive Director from June 1991 to January 1995. He was a Corporate Advisor of
Mitsubishi Corporation and Professor of Department of Economics of Teikyo
