Fred H. Langhammer became a Director on June 24, 2005. He has also been Chairman, Global Affairs, The Esteé Lauder Companies Inc. since July 2004, of which he was CEO from January 2000 to July 2004. He Joined Esteé Lauder, Japan in January 1975 as President. He is also a director of The Walt Disney Company and American International Group, Inc. (As of June 25, 2008)
