| Yasuharu Nagashima became a Director on June 24, 2004. Mr. Nagashima became an attorney in April 1953, and acted as the
Partner of Nagashima & Ohno (Predecessor of Nagashima Ohno & Tsunematsu) from January 1961 to December 1996. Since January 1997, he has been the Counsel of Nagashima Ohno & Tsunematsu.
