We will be performing regular server maintenance on PowerDirect scheduled as above. During this time services through PowerDirect will be limited.

All transactions shall be treated as Booked Orders and executed once the server maintenance is over. Should you experience any inconvenience or decide not to have your transactions booked as orders, you may avail your normal service once maintenance is over. Booked Orders can be viewed using the Customer Support option.

After maintenance, please confirm your transaction has been posted successfully. There might be a possibility that the transaction is not posted depending on your account status. The free external transfer count for transactions you post during the maintenance is being counted, although it is not displayed during maintenance.

* There may be a possibility that the maintenance time will slightly differ.


Notice

Should maintenance screen be displayed instead of the Shinsei PowerDirect Login screen even when it is available, please follow the procedures below to clear Internet Explorer caches.
  1. From the top menu bar, click Tools, and select Internet Options.
  2. Click the General Tab.
  3. Click Delete Files.
  4. Click OK on the Delete Files dialog box.
  5. Click OK.
