What is Shinsei PowerDirect (Smartphone Authentication)?

Online banking in which you can easily login and confirm your account details from your PC/smartphone without your Security code card.
In addition, if you register for Smartphone Authentication Service, you will be able to make safe transactions and transfers using smartphone authentication.
If you register for Smartphone Authentication Service, after certain transactions such as transfers, a push notification will be sent to your registered smartphone and the transaction will be completed upon approval of the customer.

Necessary items for initial registration of Smartphone Authentication Service

  • Only 1 smartphone can be registered per account.

How to download app

In order to use Smartphone Authentication Service, you will need to download and use the smartphone app 'VIP Access' provided by Symantec Corporation. Please confirm if your smartphone is compatible on the app download page.

  • If you have already installed 'VIP Access' with a different service you will not need to install this app again.
