Notice for ending of issuing cash cards on the spot at branch locations

In order to further enforce our personal identity verification procedures,Shinsei Bank will cease issuing cash cards on the spot at our branch locations starting from April 1st 2020.

From this date on, we will only be able to issue new cash cards by posting them to our customer’s registered address.
We are also continuously expanding our convenient Web and smartphone services for various procedures without the customer having to visit the branch. Please consider using these services in the future.
