Start of Checking Your Customer Information on Shinsei PowerDirect
Measures for preventing money laundering and terrorist funding have become increasingly important in the recent international society facing growing threat of terrorism. Shinsei Bank has decided to ask customers to check their information regularly.
From November 2020, when you log in to Shinsei PowerDirect, you may see a screen asking you to check whether the information you submitted to us (your name, address, telephone number, email address, purpose of transaction and occupation etc.) is up to date. A screen for updating the information is provided, so please update it before conducting a transaction if there are any changes in the information submitted.
The screen asking you to confirm your information submitted to us will be displayed regularly.
