Shinsei Bank has traditionally provided free-of-charge services for a limited number of internet-based fund transfers through the Shinsei Step Up Program. Furthermore, the Bank has applied one of the lowest fees* for fund transfers to our Platinum Stage or the Gold Stage customers.

The current revision is aimed to provide customers with better services, in terms of both quality and price, by alleviating the customers' burden through refund of benefits of cost reduction resulting from the downward revision of inter-bank fees for transactions on the Japanese Banksf Payment Clearing Network, effective October 2021. (* according to a survey conducted by Shinsei Bank on August 2, 2021)

Shinsei Bank aims to provide customers with better experience in investment management and daily settlement services. To this end, the Bank will promptly capture the customers' needs in the "new normal" environment and introduce new services by further enhancing the Shinsei Step Up Program and by making use of digital technology.

We will continue our endeavors to be a "bank of choice" for our customers by providing services that meet their needs.
