Period of Shinsei PowerDirect Monthly Statements Available Online to be Reduced to Five Years

Please be informed that effective February, 2017, the period of Monthly statements available for viewing through Shinsei PowerDirect will be reduced to five years, or the 60 most recent monthly statements.

Current Online access to monthly statements up to January, 2004

New Online access to monthly statements up to 5 years old
  • From February, 2017, customers will no longer be able to access more than their 60 most recent monthly statements, or up to five years worth, through PowerDirect.
  • Customers requiring monthly statements older than five years after February, 2017 onward are advised to download their required monthly statement by the end of January 2017.
  • Customers with questions regarding monthly statements which will become unavailable online as of February, 2017, are advised to call our call center, Shinsei PowerCall, toll-free at 0120-456-0220120-456-022.
e.g. As of February, 2017, a customer who opened their account in January 2010 will be able to confirm monthly statements as far back as March 2012, through PowerDirect. Monthly statements older than March 2012 will no longer be accessible online.
